This option is based on Beth's most popular session format and is at a great price to welcome new clients!
This comprehensive introductory session will include both a relaxing and Intuitive Reiki session and Wellness Coaching.
This journey begins by discussing your health goals and path so far, and setting your intentions for what you want to receive from the energy medicine session, where the intuitive channels of healing will be opened between Beth's hands and intuition, and your cells and soul.
After the energy session, Beth will offer insights based on her intuition and experience to discuss your next steps; which can include recommendations for other practitioners and tools you can use to further your own healing.

"Cell to Soul"
This package includes any type of session for a maximum 360 minutes to be scheduled at your convenience (no time limit).
At the conclusion of each session, clients are often naturally guided to what treatment is next: nutrition counseling, HMB Wellness coaching, or more Reiki.
Trusting Beth's, The Universe's, and your intuitive healing process is a magical way to move forward on an epic healing journey!
$475 (a $540 value).
“The Whole Enchilada”
Customized personal monthly health program that includes weekly treatments of any service: nutrition counseling, Wellness Coaching, and Intuitive Reiki in the combination, amount, and order that is best based on your individual health needs. You get Beth and her time tailored to YOU. You will have access to Beth via phone and text in between sessions for additional support.
Weekly sessions as needed in any order and combination for a maximum 360 minutes.
$450/month (minimum two months) ($540 value).
